My BG Bucker Clear Top is a classic style humbucker that was designed to capture the tones of the 60s-70s-and beyond. The tones are rooted in the early PAF realm and the materials are basicaly what was used in the old pups. The sound is created to have an open, dynamicaly complex sound with chimey highs and tight lows. Also this pup was designed to have a very believable split coil sounds.
This set is wound like a stock set of BGBs but they are wound on 2 NOS screw pole clear T-Top bobbins from the old Gibson Kalamazoo factory. Also this set use 2 A4 magnets specifically tuned for this set. This set has great vintage tones with a touch less highs in the bridge than the stock BGBs and the neck has touch more highs. The bridge has a nice crunchy bite to it. The neck is buttery while still retaining highs.
This is a limit edition model. As of now they will be limited to 100 pickups.

These pups feature an Alnico 5 magnet, nickle plates base and pole pieces, wax potting and can be wound as a calibrated set.

Smoke Stacks.
This set is similar to my BG Bucker neck and BG Dark bridge but has more grit and attitude. They still have nice openess and split very well. This set is wired 4conductor for spliting, uses an A4 magnet and is lightly potted.

P.U.F.
This set is another vintage sounding set I make. They are modeled off a warm classic PAF tone. The neck is warm with nice bloom. Great cleans and creamy lead tones. The bridge has that classic crunch with lots of definition and cuts nicley. This set is wired with single conductor vintage braided wire, uses an A4 magnet.

Lizard.
This is the warmest cleanest pup I make. Great for any type of music using clean tones. It's warm, fat and buttery. Does chord work as well as it does leads. Very creamy when distortion is added. This one can be wired either 4 conductor on requesr or vintage braid standard, uses an A2 magnet. These are lightly potted but can go unpotted for those people who want it vintage style.
